About
Finding the right therapist matters.
You deserve someone who feels genuine, approachable, and grounded. I'm Ashley, and I aim to create a space where you can explore your wellbeing with honesty, warmth, and confidence.

At a glance
- 6+ years in community health & private sex therapy
- Based in Collingwood, Melbourne
- Telehealth across Australia & international
- LGBTQ+ affirming · sex positive · kink aware
I have spent more than six years working in community health settings that focus on alcohol and other drug concerns, gambling concerns, and addiction. I have also worked in private practice within a clinic that specialises in clinical sexology and psychosexual therapy. These experiences have shaped me into a holistic and trauma-informed therapist who offers counselling that is person-centred, evidence-based, and free of judgement.
My values & why this work matters to me
I care deeply about helping people understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and work toward goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My style is warm, steady, good humoured, and easy to talk to — straightforward and real rather than formal or polished. People usually say I come across as calm, practical, and pretty down to earth. I aim to make the room feel comfortable and genuine, not stiff or clinical.
