At a glance

  • 6+ years in community health & private sex therapy
  • Based in Collingwood, Melbourne
  • Telehealth across Australia & international
  • Sex positive · LGBTQ+ affirming · kink and ENM aware

I have spent more than six years working in community health settings that focus on alcohol and other drug concerns, gambling concerns, and addiction. I have also worked in private practice within a clinic that specialises in clinical sexology and psychosexual therapy. These experiences have shaped me into a holistic and trauma-informed therapist who offers counselling that is person-centred, evidence-based, and free of judgement.

My values & why this work matters to me

I care deeply about helping people understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and work toward goals that feel meaningful and achievable. My style is warm, good humoured, straightforward, and real. People say I come across as down to earth, practical, and easy to talk to. I aim to make our sessions feel calm, comfortable, and genuine, rather than stiff or clinical.
